Supply Chain

At Hill we are committed to becoming the customer of choice to our supply chain, recognising that they are integral to what we deliver and fundamentally key to our success.

Our collaborative, open relationships enable us to become more efficient, reduce costs and deliver a superior quality solution for our customers, clients and supply chain.

Recognising success and constantly supporting continuous improvement enables us to proactively and collectively support a sustainable supply chain, promoting shared values and common goals which include:

  • relationships built on trust, openness, and integrity
  • developing and maintaining relationships to deliver mutual benefits
  • always striving to exceed customer expectations
  • promoting and embracing sustainability
  • commitment to ensuring a safe working environment and culture

We are committed to using local workforces and SME’s in order to reduce our carbon footprint and support local economies wherever practically feasible.

We value sustainable, collaborative relationships with our supply chain however, we must constantly challenge and seek to improve our supply chain by looking at new suppliers, where appropriate, to strengthen or support our offering and welcome new expressions of interest to join our supply chain from any suppliers that share our values and goals.

By engaging with Constructionline we believe that both Hill and our supply chain have a mutually beneficial, cost efficient and sustainable solution providing us with a comprehensive, expedient and efficient pre-qualification and approval process, integrated to our back office systems to help eradicate unnecessary duplication.
