We believe any new development should first and foremost deliver on the needs of the existing residents whose lives, homes and community we are transforming. Our approach is to incorporate the needs and aspirations of the community every step of the way and, overall, for residents to experience a positive impact once the work is complete.
Residents are at the heart of the decision-making process, we invest time and resources to understand their objectives and ensure our approach is built around these priorities. We assign a dedicated community liaison team to each project, ensuring we build and maintain the trust and respect of local stakeholders.
