Rayners Green, Fordham

Previously a nursery and garden centre, Scotsdales in Fordham provided our team with an opportunity to provide the community with a range of new homes through active promotion of the site through the planning system.

Involving the village community

At Fordham, we involved the community early on in the project, holding consultation sessions to influence the masterplan.

Acting on feedback from residents from the outset, we were able to include a shop, doctor’s surgery and facilities for older people into the development to support the proposed 150 new homes and 75 unit care home.
