Creating a thoughtfully designed contemporary community
Homerton College, part of the University of Cambridge, was looking to appoint a partner who would realise their aspiration of creating a thoughtfully designed community of contemporary houses and apartments. We formed an LLP and jointly funded the development, with Homerton College providing their land to enable the creation of 95 new homes.
The joint venture partnership provided the community with a range of apartments and eight new houses, comprising of 58 private sale, 27 affordable rent and 10 shared ownership properties as well as high quality landscaped areas for residents to enjoy.
