About the role
As a Development Manager you will manage the acquisition and development process for land and joint venture opportunities that are acquired or considered by Hill Residential Ltd.
You will be involved in all development projects that involve acquisition and pre-planning development work and budget management where applicable depending on the project.
The Development Manager is responsible for being the point of contact for all of the project team members, whether internal or external and to ensure that the acquisition and planning programme is adhered to and all team members are working to the correct scheme information.
About you
You will have a proactive can do attitude, with the ability to lead and drive projects to acquisition/award of contract. You will also have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively, building good working relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a recent Land Management Degree qualification or RPTI Accredited Planning Degree. You will also be an existing member or working towards a full membership of the RPTI or RICS.
As a Development Manager you will have excellent project management development skills and proven experience in overseeing successful project preplanning and post planning activities up to site commencement and ideally through the delivery and construction of the scheme. Proven experience in exemplary commercial acumen with a track record in improving financial return is also required.
