Development Analyst, reporting to the Development Director

About the role

Following our growth and success, you will join the London Land and Partnerships team to support in bidding and winning major regeneration and joint venture opportunities whilst analysing and maximising returns from existing sites and new opportunities. 

You will produce high-quality financial appraisals and models in support of bid submissions to high standards of accuracy and precision, with strong attention to detail. 

As a Development Analyst, you will present financial models to the Development board and contribute to wider research and analysis tools, including developing data analysis to assist in maximising scheme returns and bid scoring, including conversion of company appraisal models into client scoring models/matrices.

About you 

You will have excellent organisation and communication skills, work well within a team and have advanced Excel skills. 

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion to improve processes and challenge the status quo, and provide insight and analysis through clear visual, written and verbal communication.  

You will be driven and willing to learn new skills with a high level of attention to detail and a proactive, organised work ethic.
