Hill races to Epsom
While Epsom is famed for its world renowned race course, we’re thrilled to announce that we will be building 91 new homes in the popular Surrey enclave, through a joint venture partnership with Circle Housing Group.
The site is located on land owned by Nescot (North East Surrey College of Technology), which has provided higher and further education since the 1950s. The new development will enable the college to refurbish and upgrade the campus facilities so they can keep providing their 12,000+ students with a first rate education.
The project represents the first Joint Venture between us and Circle, in spite of a longstanding a successful business relationship which has spanned many years.
We already have planning permission for the new homes, which will include 55 private and 36 affordable properties, which will be run by Circle’s subsidiary, Mole Valley Housing Association.
