What will the Customer Service team help with?
Our team is here to support you with any questions or concerns about your new home for the first two years after legal completion. That includes advice, troubleshooting, or arranging inspections if needed.

What if I need to make a complaint?
If it’s not possible to resolve an issue through our team, you can follow our Formal Complaints Procedure, and seek independent advice and resolution through:

What does it cover?
Your warranty covers everything supplied as pat of your new home, including build quality and materials. Changes or extensions made after completion may affect cover.

What about manufacturer warranties?
Some products in your home may carry additional guarantees. It’s best to check directly with the manufacturer for full details.
