We were delighted to have won a total of six awards at the WhatHouse? Awards 2016. Among the winners was Hill’s third consecutive Best Development award, in addition to winning Best Medium Housebuilder (silver). Hill was the Housebuilder of the year at the 2015 WhatHouse? Awards.
Hill scooped up three awards in May 2016: Ninewells won the top award for Best Out of London Home and was Highly Commended for Best Family Home. Spillers Mill was also Highly Commended for Best Conversion.
We were thrilled to be awarded three awards at the Cambridge News Property Awards 2016. We received the biggest accolade, Developer of the Year, for the second consecutive year, as well as picking up the Large Development of the Year for Ninewells and the Environmental Award for Virido.
The Scene has been awarded the London Sustainable Development Commission Award for Sustainable Higher Density at the Housing Design Awards 2016. Our first phases at North West Cambridge were also crowned the 2016 project winners.
Hill is very proud to have been highly commended for both ‘Best Training or Recruitment Initiative’ and ‘Best Design for Three Storeys or Fewer’ for our Ninewells development at the Housebuilder Awards 2016.
Senior Site Manager Tom Hill has received a Seal of Excellence award and received the top accolade for the Multi-Storey category at the Eastern NHBC Pride in the Job Awards for his work at our Magna development.
