What health and safety protocols are we following to keep the public safe?
Our new stringent health and safety protocols are designed to keep our customers, staff and supplier safe. These include enhanced training for Hill staff; marker guides for social distancing; rigorous cleaning regimes. These are detailed more in our video.
How can I book to view one of your show homes in person?
Bookings can be made via our websites. You can also speak to a member of the sales team at your chosen development by phone or email, and they will be able to book you in for your viewing. You can view all of our developments here.
Can I get a booking if I just turn up at a development?
We are operating a pre-booked appointments system to ensure that each customer has the opportunity to visit our marketing suites and view our show homes safely. If you are passing one of our marketing suites and haven’t booked, we’ll do our best to accommodate you where possible.
Will there be PPE available?
We are providing hand sanitiser in all marketing suites. There will be masks and gloves available for those who wish to use them.
Who can accompany me at a viewing?
Viewings are for two adults only but your children can accompany you on your visit.
Who will show me around the show homes?
Your sales assistant will accompany you to the door of the show home. You will then be able to walk around unaccompanied to get the opportunity to see every aspect of the property.
How long do I get to view a property for?
We are allocating enough time for you to explore the show home and look at all its features. Our sales team will clean the property before each customer visit.
What can I expect when I arrive at a marketing suite for my appointment?
When you arrive for your appointment, please wait in your car, or in the designated area outside of the marketing suite. The sales consultant will then call you to invite you to enter.
There is hand sanitiser for use when you arrive. Your sales consultant will then talk you through the safety processes we have in place, while observing the two metre distance.
Once you have viewed the show home, your sales consultant will be happy to discuss details and answer questions you may have.
Can I still purchase a home during Covid-19/lockdown?
We are offering a full sales service to our customers, supporting you throughout the entire purchasing process when you make a reservation. Reservations can be made remotely too.
I would prefer to view your new homes digitally. Is this still possible?
Yes – over the past two months, our sales process has undergone a digital revolution and we continue to encourage our customers to contact us digitally. The entire home buying process can happen remotely: from registering your interest, virtual guided tours and live Q&A functionality, through to reservation of purchase via a digitalised sales platform which tracks the progress of your sale and stores the relevant documentation.
HM Land Registry has also given its approval for all property deeds to be transferred and signed remotely.
Will there be brochures available to take away?
Brochures will be emailed to you after your visit and we also have pre-prepared brochure packs available upon request.
