Hill commitment to recruiting new entrants in the workforce continues to grow, despite the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic. 1 in 4 Hill employees are either currently on our trainee programme or a graduate from the programme. With 118 trainees’ currently across our business increasing to 127 in September 2021, Hill have approximately 17% of the business engaged in our bespoke management trainee programme. In addition to this our projects are committed to 5% of apprentices with many reporting 6% and above. For example on our Aylesbury Estate in Southwark we will provide a wide range of job and training opportunities for Southwark residents, including 224 sustained jobs, 98 apprenticeships and 105 training places.
