3. Apply for a mortgage
- If you need a mortgage, now’s the time to apply.
- We can recommend a financial advisor if you don’t have one.

4. Transfer your deposit
- Transfer your deposit to your solicitor before contracts are exchanged.
- Your solicitor will hold the deposit until everything is confirmed.
- This means things can move towards exchange of contracts, securing your new home.
5. Exchange deadline
- This is 28 days from your reservation date.

6. Exchange contracts
- If you have any remaining questions, this is when to ask them.
- Your solicitor will then coordinate the exchange of contracts with ours.
7. Completion date confirmed
- Around 14 days before moving in, you’ll receive a firm completion date.
- Use this time to arrange removals and set up utilities.
- It’s the final countdown before you can officially move in!

8. Meet the site manager
- We’ll arrange a visit to your new home.
- Meet the site manager and get a tour of your new space.
- Learn how everything works before you move in.
9. Completion day
- Your solicitor will confirm that funds have been received.
- We’ll hand over the keys – your new home is officially yours!
- Time to start moving in and making it your own.

10. Keeping in touch
- We’ll check in with two visits after you move in.
- This is your chance to ask any questions and ensure everything’s working.
- We’re here to help you settle in with ease.
11. Aftercare
- 28 days after moving in, our Customer Service team will take over.
- They’re your point of contact for any queries or issues.
- We’ll resolve any concerns quickly so you can enjoy your new home to the fullest.
