Senior Development Manager, reporting to the Head of Development 

About the role

As a Senior Development Manager you will manage the development process post project identification for a portfolio of land and joint venture opportunities that are acquired or considered by Hill Residential Ltd. 

You will work on a variety of projects within the £20m+ category, predominantly based in the London region. The Senior Development Manager will have overall responsibility of the regional productions teams with direct reporting to the Contracts/Projects Managers. The reporting of site operational staff shall be in the first instance through the Contract Managers.

About you 

You will have a proactive can do attitude, with the ability to lead and drive projects to acquisition/award of contract. You will also have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively, building good working relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a MRICS qualification and full membership of the RPTI and RICS. 

As a Senior Development Manager you will have excellent project management development skills and proven experience in overseeing large/major projects. You will also be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge/experience in exemplary commercial acumen with a track record in improving financial return.
