Marleigh is a joint venture between Hill and one of Cambridge’s leading family-owned businesses Marshall Group Properties. Together we are creating a vibrant new community in the east of Cambridge that will deliver 1,300 new homes, infrastructure and new primary school.

A place to live, love and learn

Together we are developing Marleigh, an exciting new community in the east of Cambridge. Having received infrastructure funding from Homes England to accelerate the delivery, the overall development is set to bring 1,300 new homes to the area.

The first phase consists of 239 new properties including one, two and three bedroom apartments and two, three, four and five bedroom houses. Of the first phase of homes, 25 are affordable rent and 52 are shared ownership.

In addition to new homes, we will create a centre piece market square with public, community and retail space as well as a new nursery, primary school and office space.
