Communities we have created

With planning granted in 2024 for the first phase of regeneration, we’ve started work delivering 991 new homes, split across a series of four buildings reflecting Coventry’s rich history and heritage.

Delivered in joint venture partnership with L&Q, Kew Bridge boasts 50% affordable homes, designed with sustainability in mind, across five 18-storey buildings, a new public square, a nursey and commercial space.

Part of the largest estate regeneration project in Europe, Aylesbury FDS Phase A has seen us deliver 229 affordable homes for rent, a landscaped central park, play areas and a community centre.

A centrally located, car-free development delivering 91 homes for local people, including 50% affordable, of which 23 are for social rent, and two floors dedicated to the University of Plymouth London Campus.

Capstone Fields and The Gables

Designed to mirror the rural charm of its surroundings, Capstone Fields and The Gables delivered 155 and 349 homes, respectively, focussed on sustainability, heated by air-source heat pumps, both promoting active travel choices.
