About the role
The JV Finance Manager/Accountant will be responsible for preparing the monthly and annual management and financial reporting for the Hill Residential Ltd Joint Venture contracts.
It will be your responsibility to produce all JV Board reporting and other partner specific reporting requirements and develop and maintain relationships with the finance teams of our JV partners.
You will have excellent organisation and communication skills, work well within a team and have advanced Excel skills.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion to understand data but also be able to provide insight and analysis through clear visual, written and verbal communication. You will be highly analytical, have strong mathematical skills, have attention to detail and be curious and inquisitive about all things data.
