We're excited to be attending Old Town Live, one of Stevenage's most popular summer events, bringing together great music, delicious food, local businesses and the community for a fantastic day out. We can't wait to meet residents, families and festival-goers from across the town.
Who we are
At Nexus, we're creating a vibrant new community in the heart of Stevenage. Our collection of stylish 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments has been designed for modern living, offering contemporary homes with excellent transport links, green spaces, shops, restaurants and everyday amenities all close by.

The three people whose guesses are closest to the correct number of bricks used to build the Maxima apartment block will win one of the following prizes:
· 1st Prize: £150 voucher for Angelique Italian Restaurant
· 2nd Prize: £100 voucher for El Bar de Tapas
· 3rd Prize: £50 voucher for Helg Coffee Bakery Pizzeria
