Our exciting new community of 95 new homes, The Hawthorns, located on the edge of the historic village of Sawston, is set to launch this weekend on the 26th September.

The collection of spacious three- and four-bedroom family houses will be the first to launch, followed by one- and two-bedroom apartments and maisonettes, as well as two-bedroom houses in later phases, which you can register your interest for.

Homes at The Hawthorns offer the best in contemporary living, with exteriors taking inspiration from the surrounding area’s historic buildings.

Spacious interiors feature bespoke kitchens with integrated appliances including a fridge freezer, oven and dishwasher, with LED feature lighting in wall units for a glamorous finish. Stylish living spaces are designed to enhance socialising and resting, with all houses offering double doors opening out to beautiful gardens.

Contemporary bathrooms complete with dark wood effect vanity tops and heated towel rails are featured throughout the homes. All properties have outdoors space in the form of balconies, terraces or gardens.

A selection of properties at The Hawthorns are available with Help to Buy, and every home (subject to build stage) can be upgraded with a host of sustainable options. This includes electric car charging points, an energy monitor, smart heating controls, triple glazing, photovoltaic panels and raised planters for residents to grow their own produce. These optional upgrades are designed to minimise energy consumption and help residents to save money on their bills.

A total of eight three-bedroom semi-detached houses are customisable, allowing purchasers to choose one of three internal ground floor layouts that best fits their lifestyle. The layouts include a fully open plan kitchen, living room and dining room, an open plan living and dining room with a separate kitchen, and an open plan kitchen and dining room with a zoned-off living room.
