“There’s a great culinary scene here and some lovely pubs,” Devesh continues. “I’m a big foodie and have already found an instant favourite restaurant, Q Verde. The Express Tavern is nice too — it’s a very friendly and safe community, with an exciting buzz. There’s always something fun going on and the area is so full of character.”

With little time for home repairs, Devesh knew a new-build was the right choice. “The customer service has been excellent from the get-go,” he says. “The Hill team is knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy. They even covered the stamp duty increase, which reduced a lot of stress. The solicitor they recommended was highly efficient, and we completed in about three weeks — smooth process and great communication all the way.”
Having moved in early May, Devesh is excited about exploring his new area. “Buying such a high-quality new home has allowed us to move and settle in quickly. It gives us peace of mind to simply come here and start living,” he concludes.
