There's a moment in every new neighbourhood when something shifts. When the scaffolding comes down, the lights come on, and what was once a vision on paper becomes something altogether more real - a place where people actually live. At Kew Bridge Rise, that moment has well and truly arrived.

With over 200 homes purchased and residents settling into life on the border of Brentford and Chiswick, Kew Bridge Rise is no longer just a development. It's a community and it's one that keeps getting better.

More Than Four Walls

From the beginning, our ambition for Kew Bridge Rise was to create something that goes beyond beautifully designed apartments. We wanted to build a place where residents feel connected to their neighbours, to their surroundings and to everything that makes this corner of West London so special.

Reaching over 200 home purchasers is a milestone worth celebrating, not just as a number, but as a reflection of the community that's grown here. Every purchase represents a person, a family, a life being built and with each new resident, the energy of Kew Bridge Rise grows a little richer.

Daniel Humphrey Rodriguez and An Nguyen joined the Kew Bridge Rise community in spring 2025. "Kew Bridge Rise ticked all the boxes," says An, who adds: "The views from our new home are just incredible – you can see onto the River Thames and over Kew Gardens from one angle, and on the other side, you can see the spectacular London skyline. Buying a new home here has allowed us to strike the ideal balance of feeling a part of the excitement of the city, while also enjoying the peace of this lovely, almost hidden, sanctuary."

Amenities That Match the Lifestyle

One of the things that makes Kew Bridge Rise distinct is its thoughtful approach to everyday living. Residents don't just have a home; they have an address that works for them.

A Brand-New Residents' Gym

The latest addition to the development is a state-of-the-art residents' gym, available exclusively to those who live here. Fitted to a commercial standard and accessible 24 hours a day via secure fob entry, the gym features treadmills, resistance machines, and a dedicated weights area with equipment by Pulse Fitness and Concept. Whether you're an early riser or a late-night session person, it's there when you need it - no commute required.

All you need on your doorstep

The square is coming to life with a growing mix of cafés, restaurants and shops. The latest addition, Mum's Wholefoods, has already become a firm favourite among residents - a welcoming spot for wholesome, nourishing food that quickly weaves itself into the rhythm of daily life. Whether it's a morning coffee stop, a lunchtime habit, or simply a place where familiar faces begin to appear, it's exactly the kind of neighbourhood gem that makes somewhere feel like home. And with The Monkey's nursery opening soon, the community is only getting better.

On-Site Concierge

For those moments when life gets busy, the on-site concierge service is there to help things run smoothly. It's one of those touches that makes a real difference to everyday life, and the kind of support that turns a good home into a genuinely effortless one.

Co-Working Space

The way we work has changed, and Kew Bridge Rise has changed with it. The on-site co-working space means residents can swap the commute for a productive morning closer to home; a professional, well-equipped environment just moments from the front door. It's ideal for those working flexibly and another reason why residents find it so easy to settle into life here.

Daniel and An are making the most of what Kew Bridge Rise has to offer beyond their front door. Daniel commented: “It’s great to have the on-site facilities available, which makes living here even more convenient. The concierge and the gym are excellent features, and as An and I both work in hybrid roles, the co-working space is fantastic to have nearby to our apartment.”

The Neighbourhood Awaits

Step outside and you're immediately in one of West London's most enviable settings. Kew Bridge Rise sits on the border of Brentford and Chiswick, with the historic riverside village of Strand-on-the-Green just a short walk away. Chiswick High Road is close by for independent boutiques and dining, while the world-famous Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew and the 65 acres of Chiswick House gardens offer the kind of green space that makes city living feel genuinely restorative.

For commuters, Kew Bridge Station is a two-minute walk from home, offering direct links to London Waterloo. Gunnersbury Overground Station is less than ten minutes on foot, making it straightforward to get wherever you need to go, while spending more time doing the things that matter.

Rhianna, a Shared Owner at the development, comments: “I work in the city and can just jump on the District Line and it’s about an hour door-to-door. Kew Bridge Station is also right next door, where I can get the Overground if I need.”

For first-time buyer Devesh Sodha it was the neighbourhood itself that sealed the deal: “There’s a great culinary scene here and some lovely pubs. I’m a big foodie and have already found an instant favourite restaurant, Q Verde. It’s a little, family-owned Italian restaurant. The people are just lovely and it’s the best pasta I’ve ever had! The Express Tavern is nice too – we went there to get to know our neighbours, which was brilliant. It’s a very friendly and safe community, and there’s an exciting buzz to it. There’s always something fun going on and the area is so full of character.”

The local area also had great appeal for Rhianna. She says: “I love the area – we’re right on the cusp of Kew and Chiswick. Kew is gorgeous, and Chiswick has got so many lovely restaurants, pubs and shops. I feel like it has everything; it’s such a leafy side of London, and we’re so close to the river.”

A Place That Keeps Growing

Kew Bridge Rise will ultimately deliver 441 homes, including options through Shared Ownership, making this vibrant, still-growing community accessible to more people than ever. And if the first 200 homeowners are anything to go by, it's shaping up to be something truly special.

Private sale apartments are available through The Hill Group from £425,000 for a studio, while Shared Ownership homes are available through L&Q from £106,875 for a 25% share of a one-bedroom apartment. Find out more at kewbridgerise.co.uk or visit hill.co.uk or lqhomes.com.
