Hill’s site managers commended for excellent work
We are celebrating here at Hill as two of our site managers have been named winners of the Quality Awards in this year’s NHBC Pride in the Job competition for the great work they have achieved on site.
Richard Wilkins and Tom Hill will each be picking up an NHBC award, after demonstrating excellent on-site management. It is the highest industry accolade a site manager can receive and has played a key role in improving the quality of new homes over the past 35 years.
Richard, Senior Site Manager, has secured an award for the William Guy Gardens project in Tower Hamlets for his excellent site set up, site presentation and quality of workmanship throughout. Tom, Senior Site Manager, also achieved fantastic praise for the presentation of the Magna site in Cambridge, as well as his commitment to ensuring fantastic attention to detail was placed on each of the homes and areas in this unique development.
The Magna development itself is a joint project with Homerton College, which offers a collection of 87 stylish one, two and three-bedroom apartments, and eight four and five bedroom townhouses. Each of the homes are complete with outstanding interior features and open plan living, which have been overseen by Tom.
Located just one minute from the Hammersmith & City and District line are our William Guy Gardens homes in Bromley-by-Bow, which have been managed by Richard. The development was completed by the team last week and includes 17 apartments for private sale and 16 rented apartments for over-55s.
Both Tom and Richard will now go on to compete for a Seal of Excellence and Regional Award so we wish them the best of luck!
