We are delighted to announce that we have received planning permission from Norwich City Council for St James’ Place, an exciting new development in the heart of the city.

Located near river Wensum and within walking distance of the historic town centre, St James’ Place will provide 220 apartments and houses.

The apartments will front on to the river Wensum, and the development will also include commercial and retail space, in addition to the refurbishment of two Grade II listed cottages and the relocation of the John Jarrold Printing Museum. The development will also accommodate the historic remains of the city wall.

The new homes will have fantastic links, with Norwich Train Station, the A47, A140 and A11 all providing ease of access to school, work, the city and beyond. Norwich itself has many sports and social facilities that call can enjoy, as well as an array of cafes, restaurants, clubs, pubs and bars. There are also plenty of parks and open spaces, in addition to the Cathedral and other historic buildings.

Norwich has also seen a lot of growth in recent years, focusing around the digital and financial sectors, which has been centred around economic hubs such as the Norwich Research Park, the University of East Anglia and the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.
