Contractors welcome at our Supplier Engagement event
As one of the UK’s top 20 housebuilders, ensuring that innovation, quality build and respect for the local environment is maintained throughout all of our developments is key to creating homes that everyone will love and enjoy.
In order to continue creating outstanding developments in London and the South East, which are constructed with the highest quality craftsmanship and impeccable finishing touches, we are looking to build a reliable supply chain network in the Southern region at our Supplier Engagement event.
We are initially looking for sub-contractors to help build our Nescot development in Ewell, after proposals to build 91 new homes were approved by Epsom and Ewell Council this summer. However, we are also hoping to meet teams interested in covering our upcoming projects in South London, Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex and Kent.
We are specifically looking to engage with sub-contractors in 24 trades, including carpentry, hard and soft landscaping, tree protection and roofing. The complete list of required trades is available here.
The event, which is organised by Constructionline, will run from 7:30am to 10:30am on Wednesday 23rd September, with a short presentation from our procurement professionals beginning at 8:30am.
It will be hosted at the Arora Hotel Gatwick, Southgate Avenue, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 6LW.
