PassivHaus Regeneration
The first 95 new homes are certified to a gold Passivhaus standard. The overall development is set to be the largest Passivhaus regeneration development in the UK.
Passivhaus is an energy performance standard which requires extremely high levels of insulation and airtightness to reduce outgoings for residents, minimising fuel poverty, and also provided a better quality of life through an enhanced environment

First Class Resident Consultation
We worked closely with Camden Council and the residents on the estate, ensuring regular consultations, drop-in sessions, newsletter distributions, and annual community days which also gave our Resident Liaison team regular opportunities to consult about upcoming construction work.
