Rebecca has a wealth of experience with over 13 years at Director level. She has extensive experience of differentiating product, maximising sales rates and returns. Rebecca is adept at setting the sales and absorption rates, defining a marketing strategy and executing it, running the sales operation which delivers a 5* customer journey through the process. She has led on the recent introduction of virtual tours across all our developments which has benefitted the sales rate.
Being responsible for the stages of the sales process, Rebecca will ensure we develop a quality brand and optimise opportunities. Maximising financial return is key in Rebecca’s role. She will carefully analyse competing developments and ensure a product that is attractive to the target market.
