About Development
The Raleigh Road project is the redevelopment of the former site of the Amerind Grove Care Home that closed in February 2023. The project will see the demolition and asbestos removal of older buildings on the site.
A selection of new homes will be delivered, including 54 family homes for private sale and 52 apartments set across two, five-story buildings. Apartments will be available for private and affordable rent. The development is set to be beautifully landscaped and a new play area for the community will complete the development.
