      About Progress Investment Partnership (PIP)

The Progress Investment Partnership (PIP) is a long-term joint venture partnership that was established between bpha and the Hill Group.

PIP was set up to support the delivery of more than 1,000 new, sustainable homes across bpha’s operating areas including Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes.

The next step in this partnership is the regeneration and development of three sites all within Bedford Council’s boundaries –at Mowbray Road, the former Robert Bruce School in Bedford and the former Margaret Beaufort School in Riseley.

Working closely with local residents and Bedford Council’s planning officers, we are committed to delivering new homes which the area needs whilst also providing the local community with social and economic benefits.
