      About Development

      The Agar Grove Phase 2a development in Camden is an ambitious project designed to deliver 94 high-quality new homes, including 11 wheelchair-accessible homes.

      In addition to residential spaces, the development will feature housing management offices, a community center a sports hall and commercial office space, fostering a vibrant, inclusive environment.

      As the largest Passivhaus scheme in the UK, Agar Grove represents a significant step forward in sustainable living. It is also the largest project currently underway as part of the Camden Community Investment Programme. Currently in its fourth phase, the project is set to be completed by October 2027, with two more phases to follow.

      If you see any unusual activity outside normal working hours on site, please contact our free phone number or the police on 101.

      What are the site working hours?

      Our site working hours are: Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm and Saturday 8am - 1pm. No work will take place on Sundays or public holidays. We do our best to keep noise and disruption to a minimum during these times. However, at times there will be a certain level of noise which is unavoidable. We apologise in advance for any disturbance.
