Christmas has come early for Hill at the Cambridge News Property Awards
We are delighted to announce that Hill has again been named Developer of the Year, this time at the Cambridge Property Awards on Thursday 3rd December.
We are extremely proud to again be given this title following our fantastic achievements at the WhatHouse Awards in November.
Hosted by television presenter, Lee Baldry, property professionals from across Cambridgeshire gathered at the stunning Ely Cathedral to find out who would be taking home the gongs this year.
Our Eccleston Place development, located just a stone’s throw from Cambridge station, received the title of runner-up in the Small Development of the Year category. This upmarket collection of just seven stunning family homes has proven very popular and it’s a scheme we’re very proud of. Designed for family life, these homes come with large open plan kitchen and living areas, media room and spacious outdoor terraces.
Our Virido Concept House was also named runner-up in the Environmental category. The four-bedroom house in Trumpington is currently home to our Be Zero family the Rayners, and was created to test the very latest sustainability features for our Virido development in Great Kneighton which will launch next year.
None of these awards would be possible without our fantastic teams who are all a key part of our success. It’s for this reason that we wanted to sponsor The Rising Star award this year in recognition of those who are destined for greatness.
Robert Webster from TuckerGardner took home the award and we wish him every success.
