We’re delighted that our customer service teams are now up and running again.

The safety and well-being of our customers, colleagues and supply chain are paramount and we have introduced stringent guidelines to ensure that we can address any faults in your home safely.

Our operatives will use hand sanitiser upon arrival and exit, and will wipe down any surfaces they touch

A 2 metre distance within your home will be maintained where possible at all times

 

We ask that our customers stay in a separate room while the work is taking place

 


The changes to how we operate are for both your safety and that of our staff, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

We are pleased to announce that our sales offices are open.

If possible, we advise you to make an appointment to visit us, however if you wish to drop in we will do our best to accommodate you. If you are not able to visit we can take you on a guided virtual tour or chat to you via a call.

We would like to reassure you of our health and safety practices; in line with Government guidance all of our sales offices have social distancing measures in place along with our sales team wearing masks. We ask that any visitors also wear a face mask when entering the sales office – don’t worry if you forget, we will be happy to provide on arrival.
