The Avenue, Saffron Walden

The Avenue was completed in 2015 – we created an exciting development of family homes, as well as apartments and houses exclusively for over 55s; constructed to the highest specifications. It’s location is like no other with a magnificent avenue of mature trees, stunning architecture and an attractive market town on the door step we created a truly special place to call home. The Avenue has won many awards for its design and architecture including WhatHouse? 2014 for Best Development and the Housing Design Awards 2015 for family housing.
