Our Story: Homes built on family values

Following a 20-year career in housebuilding, Andy Hill saw an opportunity for a better approach to building new homes, with a holistic focus on delivering thriving communities for everyone to call home.

With the support of his family behind him, Andy set up The Hill Group in 1999 to do things differently – the Hill Way – which is based on core principles of putting people and product excellence first and working in partnership to achieve the best outcomes.
